The Office of Clinical Trial Activation (OCTA) offers comprehensive budget services and financial negotiation specifically tailored for industry-sponsored clinical trials. Visit our website and follow the steps outlined in How to Activate a Study with Us.
When an industry-sponsored study requires a coverage analysis, our OCTA Budget Analysts:
- Develop protocol-specific budgets and negotiate with sponsors to secure sufficient financial support.
- Ensure the use of standardized costs for research procedures and clinical trials.
- Accurately negotiate budget and payment terms within clinical trial agreements.
Have questions about budgeting for your industry-sponsored study? Contact the assigned budget analyst for your study or reach out via email at [email protected].
