OnCore Upgrade to 2026.1 Coming on June 11, 2026

Helpful Resources for Features with 2026.1:

The following guidance documents have been updated and provided to support this upgrade, update your bookmarks as needed.


Key Highlights: 

  • Security: Accounts
    • ‌OnCore user accounts that are inactive for 180 days will be automatically deactivated and will require a Helpdesk ticket to reactivate
    • ‌If you need assistance re-activating your account, contact OnCore support: [email protected]
  • ‌Subject Visit Updates (CRA/Subjects Consoles):
    • New All/None options for marking scheduled procedures as Missed or N/A
    • Treatment Arm name now visible on the Subject Visit Update page
    • ‌‌Review the Subject Visit Tracking guide for steps and screenshots
  • Reference List updates:
    • Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE) v6.0 added for Adverse Event reporting to align with National Cancer Institute (NCI) requirements.  
      • C‌TCAE v6.0 has been added to the Coding Scheme options in PC Console/Management
      • ‌Review the Serious Adverse Events guide for steps and screenshots
    • Sponsor Type “Industry” updated to “Industrial” per NCI guidelines and reflected within applicable reports.
  • Invoices & Sponsor Payments (Financials Console):
  • ‌‌‌Enhanced OnCore-APeX interface now sends arm code details with the billing grid, eliminating manual mapping
