The Office of Clinical Trial Activation and the APeX Research team want to remind you of the change in the way Research Study Requests in APeX/Epic are submitted, scheduled to go live this coming Monday, July 20^th.

Beginning Monday, you will no longer have to submit study request forms via email. Instead, you will use a new ServiceNow form that can be found here: https://ucsf.service-now.com/ess/study_request

Use the new ServiceNow page to request the following: 

·         New APeX Study Requests 

·         COA # Updates 

·         CRC Additions and Removals 

·         Primary Billing Contact Updates 

·         APeX Training Questions 

·         Other APeX Related Questions or Requests

We hope you will find this new electronic form easier and more efficient – a “one-stop shop” for APeX-related requests. No more trying to figure out who to contact, and you will be able to track your requests in real time.
