OCTA Coverage Analysis (CA) Determination Form is Live!

OCTA Coverage Analysis (CA) Determination Form now live on OCTA’s website!

The CA Determination Form is a tool that study teams can use prior to submitting their studies to OCTA to determine whether Coverage Analysis is required. This form is not required for all studies; it is simply a tool made available to study teams if they are ever uncertain whether Coverage Analysis is needed.

We hope that the CA Determination Form will:

  • Enhance study teams’ understanding of when Coverage Analysis is required by guiding them through the decision process.
  • Strengthen clinical research billing compliance by ensuring studies are submitted to OCTA when Coverage Analysis is required.
  • Minimize the number of studies incorrectly processed by OCTA and other departments when Coverage Analysis is not required.
