OCTA now provides procedure pricing estimates!

What is changing?

  • The Office of Clinical Trial Activation (OCTA) now provides pricing estimates for procedure related costs (scans, labs, biopsies…etc.)
  • Study teams may request pricing if OCTA is NOT preparing the full study budget (e.g., non-profit funded studies, budgets developed by the study department...etc.)
  • To request procedure pricing, the study team must complete the Procedural Pricing Request Form. The form is located on OCTA’s Budgeting webpage.

 

 

Notes of Importance:

  • Submit requests early! Plan ahead as the normal expected turnaround time is 3 business days.
  • The study team is to submit the request. If they are working with an Office of Sponsored Research (OSR) contact, the quote will be provided to the study team and OSR contact.
  • These estimates do NOT replace a full study budget which includes study team effort, admin costs, research recharge…etc.
