NEW CLINICAL TRIAL ACTIVATION DEADLINES & ONCORE SUPPORT

Below are the holiday dates for the Office of Clinical Trial Activation. During this time, OCTA will provide limited support for incoming requests. Please note that OCTA will be closed from 12/24/26 to 01/01/27.

New clinical trial activation receipt and calendar construction deadlines are outlined for the Winter, and New Year Holidays. Please contact OCTA Operations team at [email protected] for more specific estimates.
We anticipate limited staffing during the holiday period and strongly recommend that study team submissions occur before Dec 9th or after Jan 4th to provide sufficient time for processing. Below are adjusted deadlines to accommodate holiday staffing:
